Lisa’s clinical experience spans hospital, community, and primary care settings, including roles at Waterloo Regional Health Network’s (formally Grand River Hospital) Cancer Center where she provides counselling to individuals diagnosed with Cancer and their caregivers. Lisa also worked in WRHN’s day hospital program for 3 years where she facilitated group and individual therapy for individuals coping with moderate to severe mental health concerns. Her background also includes frontline and leadership roles with various Mental Health organizations in the Cambridge-Kitchener-Waterloo Region. She is deeply committed to collaborative care - working alongside clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to co-create treatment plans that foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change. Throughout her career, Lisa has facilitated numerous mental health and addiction support groups, developed individualized care strategies, and connected clients with vital community resources.

Lisa holds a Master of Social Work with Clinical Specialization from the University ofCalgary, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Psychology from theUniversity of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University, respectively.
